The front desk staff are the nicest that I've interacted with in years. They actually make me feel welcome. And, the grounds, with all the roses, is kept in great condition. I only saw one wayward cigarette butt. I always feel if the grounds look good - then management is taking care of the property.

Size of room and quiet corner upper room. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I appreciated that my key didn’t work and asked the floor maid to let me in. She graciously declined and explained policy and directed me to the front desk. That impressed me that you value your guests safety.

Free parking, great staff, nice 2 room suite. Made to order omelets were delicious. Staff in the bar was very friendly and welcoming too!

They were friendly and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was really good and my boys enjoyed the pool a lot because it was warm and they were able to enjoy all the amenities. Thank you for being cordial with us and treating us with respect.

Marlene at the front desk was an absolute dream. Wonderful personality and superb customer service skills. There was a board in the lobby with holiday events in the area and recommended restaurants that was very helpful. My room was everything I needed it to be. I also used the fitness room and found it very clean and well equipped.

We liked staying at the hotel. It was clean, quiet and the room was large and comfortable. The receptionists were very friendly and sweet. The breakfast was very good! The location is central to West Sacramento and old town was just a short drive away.

This is my second time coming to this hotel when I’m in the area. The rooms are very clean. Even tho it’s right by the highway it’s pretty quiet. Love that they have black out curtains in the rooms definitely helped with sleeping.

The location was in a good area, far enough out to get away but close enough to everything we visited. Very clean, room, pool, eating area, ect… we dealt with a few staff members & they were all very kind. The Continental breakfast was a wonderful addition, good, fresh food & stays fully stocked & yes they actually have a continental breakfast, as I know many places advertise that but don’t have it. Also loved the tea & coffee station available all day!
